Zain Innovation Campus (ZINC) Continues University Activities and Conducts Three Specialized Training Workshops
Hasadnews – Zain Innovation Campus (ZINC) continues its efforts to support university students by organizing a series of specialized training workshops across its university branches. These initiatives aim to enhance students’ skills in various fields, reinforcing ZINC’s commitment to nurturing young talents and empowering them with technical knowledge.
ZINC successfully conducted three specialized workshops at its branches in several public universities. Whereas at the University of Jordan, in collaboration with the Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, ZINC hosted a “User Experience and User Interface (UX/UI) Design” workshop. With 20 students participating, the session introduced cutting-edge concepts and best practices in UI/UX, equipping attendees with the skills to design interactive and user-friendly digital interfaces.
At Mutah University, ZINC in collaboration with the IEEE Women in Engineering Branch, organized a workshop on “How to Write Scientific Research Papers.” Led by Dr. Rula Al-Rawashdeh from the Faculty of Engineering, the session engaged 18 students and focused on the fundamentals of academic research writing, guiding them through the key steps to create well-structured and impactful research papers.
Moreover, ZINC at Yarmouk University conducted a specialized “Supervised Machine Learning” workshop in collaboration with the university. Attended by 25 students, the session introduced the principles of supervised learning, where computers train on labeled data to predict accurate outputs, preparing students for practical applications in artificial intelligence.
These activities reaffirm ZINC’s dedication to fostering a hands-on learning environment, equipping university students with the skills and knowledge required to keep pace with technological advancements and preparing them for future career opportunities. Through such initiatives, ZINC continues to drive innovation and inspire the next generation of tech leaders.
