أبوغزاله يستقبل سفير سيرلانكا ويعلن عن فتح مكتب للمجموعة هناك
حصاد نيوز – استقبل سعادة الدكتور طلال أبوغزاله سفير جمهورية سيرلانكا الديمقراطية الاشتراكية في الأردن، سعادة الأستاذ عبداللطيف لافير، حيث أعلن أبوغزاله، خلال اللقاء، عن نية مجموعة طلال أبوغزاله العالمية فتح مكتب لها في سيرلانكا، وذلك في إطار خطة المجموعة، التي تبنتها في مؤتمرها السنوي الذي عقد في عمان الشهر الماضي، برفع عدد مكاتبها من 85 إلى 100 مكتب حول العالم.
وأعرب أبوغزاله عن ثقته بأن فتح مكتب للمجموعة في سيرلانكا سيسهم في تعزيز العلاقات بين البلدين الصديقين، وفي تمكين مجموعة طلال أبوغزاله من تزويد السوق السريلانكي بمختلف الخدمات التي تقدمها، خصوصا ما يتصل بحماية الملكية الفكرية ومساعدات المؤسسات العامة والخاصة في سيرلانكا في مجالات بناء القدرات وتقديم الاستشارات وتطوير أساليب التعليم.
وأعلن أبوغزاله خلال اللقاء، عن نية المجموعة الاستفادة من توظيف عدد من الخبراء من سيرلانكا في مكتبها هناك عند إنشائه، خصوصا في مجال المحاسبة، والتي تعد سيرلانكا من الدول الرائدة في هذا المجال والمعروفة بمحاسبيها المؤهلين وفي نوعية خبراء الجودة لديها، وذلك لسد الحاجات المتزايدة لمشروع توسع مجموعة طلال أبوغزاله حول العالم.
وتناول اللقاء سبل تطوير علاقات التعاون بين الأردن وسيرلانكا في مختلف المجالات، لا سيما ما يتصل بمساعدة سيرلانكا في تنفيذ مشاريع العطاءات الحكومية، خصوصا في قطاع الإنشاءات.
من جانبه، رحب سعادة السفير السريلانكي بمبادرة الدكتور أبوغزاله لفتح مكتب لمجموعته في سيرلانكا، معربا عن تطلعه لإدامة التعاون مع المجموعة وبما يخدم احتياجات السوق في بلاده.
وعبر عن ثقته بالفائدة المتبادلة التي ستجنيها سيرلانكا ومجموعة طلال أبوغزاله بعد فتح مكتب للمجموعة في عاصمة بلاده، التي تتطلع إلى التعاون التام مع المجموعة لإنجاح أعمالها.
يذكر أن عدد سكان سيرلانكا يبلغ نحو 22 مليون نسمة، بينما يصل الناتج المحلي الإجمالي إلى ما يقارب 88 مليار دولار، ومعدل دخل الفرد نحو 4 الاف دولار، ونسبة المتعلمين بين السكان 94 بالمئة، ولديها 17 جامعة، ومشهوره بإنتاجها للشاي السيلاني ذو الجودة العالية والسمعة الطيبة على مستوى العالم.
ومن مشاريع سيرلانكا الطموحة أن تشكل رابطا اقتصاديا بين سنغافورة في جنوب شرق آسيا ودبي في الشرق الأوسط، وقد خصص لهذه الغاية 40 مليار دولار لاستضافة سيرلانكا لمركز مالي عالمي وفق أفضل الممارسات.
Abu-Ghazaleh Receives Sri Lankan Ambassador, Announces Plans for New Office in the South Asian Country
AMMAN – While receiving the Ambassador of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lankato Jordan HE Abdul Lateef Lafeer, HE Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh, TAG-Org Chairman, announced that his Organization (TAG-Org), is willing as well as ready to open a new office in Sri Lanka.
The new office comes within the Organization’s strategy to expand its network of offices from 85, currently, to 100 offices around the world in 2018; a resolution that has been adopted during TAG-Org 2017 Annual General Meeting that was held last month in Amman.
Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh stressed that the new office will further enhance the good relations between the two countries and will enable the Organization to provide the Sri Lankan market with the professional services in various fields particularly in Intellectual Property, capacity building, consulting, and education.
Moreover, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh stated that the Organization will hire a number of Sri Lankan experts in the newly established office mainly in accounting as Sri Lanka is considered one of the pioneering countries in this domain and is recognized for its qualified accountants.
The two parties discussed means of promoting cooperation between Jordan and Sri Lanka in different fields especially in helping Sri Lanka implement government tenders essentially in the constructions sector.
For his part, Ambassador Lafeer highly appreciated Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh’s initiative to open an office in Sri Lanka expressing hopes to maintain such a cooperation in a way that serves the needs of the Sri Lankan market.
He also underlined the mutual benefit which his country and the Organization will achieve with the opening of the new office in the capital saying that he is looking forward to maintaining full cooperation with TAG-Org to achieve its successful goals.
It’s worth mentioning that the population of Sri Lanka is about 22 million; while the gross domestic product amounts to about $88 billion; the per capita income is around $4000; the rate of educated people among the population is 94 percent; it has 17 universities; and it is globally famous for its production of high quality tea.
One of the Sri Lanka’s ambitious projects is to form an economic bond between Singapore in South-East Asia and Dubai in the Middle East, and for this specific purpose around $40 billion has been allocated for Sri Lanka’s hosting of a global financial business center based on the best standards.
